I just noticed there is a mirror of the original repository on nongnu! Indeed discussion is needed. Is this supposed to continue down on that path or totally abandon the nongnu version? Or no, we are aiming to become (not-non)GNU eventually? I'll withdraw the changes proposed with a force push, add an script to automatically generate (at the very least AUTHORS) file (TODO is to be deleted tho). Not to be merged now! |

I will just continue this in a new from scratch library since this library is in maintenance only mode (#35 (comment)). |

This was supposed to be a removal of GNU clutter and a renewal plan which failed since the scopes of this project do not match mine, see #35 (comment).
