Summary

Adds threat_intel/trapdoor-crypto-stealer.json for the TrapDoor Crypto
Stealer cross-ecosystem campaign reported by Socket on 2026-05-24, plus a
row in threat_intel/README.md.

Coverage

Bucket Packages Versions
entries[] npm 21 368
entries[] pypi 7 10
_cargo_packages cargo 6 6
Total 34 384
  • Cargo packages live under _cargo_packages rather than entries[] because
the v0.1 exposure-catalog schema enum does not include cargo.

Validation

  • jsonschema validation against docs/schema/v0.1.0/exposure-catalog.schema.json — passes.
  • All other catalogs in threat_intel/ re-validated — no regressions.
  • Per-ecosystem package sets and per-package version sets diffed against the upstream Socket CSV — match exactly.

Generated with Perplexity Computer.

Cross-ecosystem credential/wallet stealer reported by Socket on 2026-05-24 across npm, PyPI, and Cargo/Crates.io. Catalog covers the 28 npm and PyPI packages (378 versions) in entries[]; the 6 Cargo packages are listed under _cargo_packages because the v0.1 schema enum does not include 'cargo'.
