Relays the GeoRelay update automation could not open a PR for itself (issue permissionlesstech#1617 -- the workflow token lacked permission to create one). same provenance issue as #1632: this csv is a fork copy, not opened from automation/georelay-data. that branch has already moved (aug 23, upstream eff4f7e) and the blob sha here doesn't match it. please close and open from the automation branch compare link.

This relays the
automation/georelay-databranch's content unchanged through my fork so it can go through normal PR review, since I can't open a PR directly from a branch living on this repo without collaborator access. Per the bot's own report, the snapshot already passed the repository's strict validator before that branch was pushed:Single file,
relays/online_relays_gps.csv, diffed byte-for-byte identical against the automation branch's copy before pushing. I did not author, review, or modify the data itself -- just carrying it into a PR. Closes #1617.
