A version for batches of picture labelwork, and add deep learning segmentation to aid labelling

[auto-Dog]

This is a updated tool for picture segmentation, especially for machine learning labelwork. Like labelme or other tools.
Some useful interactions are added, and I add deep learning segmentation to aid labelling (in theory any segmentation model can be loaded and aid labelling)
