still needs tons of work the acpi/apic code is rather ugly right now needs cleanup but works fine.
Not using nasm but rather gcc

This commit allows proper memory management by separating the physical memory from the virtual.
Still need to implement a proper kmalloc function but not much work is left to be done.
Added a few lines of code + tools to build from linux as well.
I still need to work on this code but this should help a fair amount ;-)
