I added some changes to make the credential rotation a little more reliable. Also removed the s3 test in favor of a simple list-access-keys request as s3 test add a dependency. |

Support AWS Credential profiles by setting environmental variable that is used by aws cli. Included a verification step which just grabs the access key via
aws configure.
