This PR aims to reconcile the changes recently pushed to the fellowship polkadot-fellows/runtimes#856 regarding the AH migration (already executed on Paseo, without some minor changes the fellowship has brought recently, so they'll be part of this PR) with the 1.7.1 release.
To see if we deploy this changes to Paseo as 1.7.1 or 1.7.2, cause some system chains are already on 1.7.1 and might need to be updated as well
