Updates the autogenerated weights for several pallets by using the Substrate benchmark CLI version 51.0.0. The weights were generated on 2025-10-07 using 50 steps and 20 repeats.

This PR aims to reconcile the changes recently pushed to the fellowship polkadot-fellows/runtimes#856 regarding the AH migration (already executed on Paseo, without some minor changes the fellowship has brought recently, so they'll be part of this PR) with the release
1.7.1of the fellowship, as well as to bring some fixes relevant for XCM to Paseo (see #267).As some system chains were already updated to 1.7.1 but are affected by these changes, this PR will lead to the release
1.7.2in Paseo and all the system chains.Additionally, some runtime APIs remained on the RC but need to be included on AH as well (namely for staking and nomination pools). AH vested transfers were filtered to avoid mudding the state before the migration.
Additionally, some minor changes:
pallet_proxyhas been added to Bridge Hub just for our convenience. Its configuration is minimal, as we don't currently plan to use it for anything other than creating sudo proxies.relay_chainentry fixed incollectiveschain spec.Update: The AHM desynchronized the usual Paseo upgrade flow -> We'll directly go to
