This is the start of a rewrite of flood in Rust based off the Latte load testing framework for Cassandra.
Currently, it supports load testing of a ethereum node with provided rpc-url by sending a specified JSON-RPC request at a specified rate (or the maximum rate a tokio stream can achieve).
Next steps:
Support running/comparing benches across multiple rates.
Support comparing benches across different nodes.
Support benchmarking multiple different request in the cli.
Support Rune scripting.
