This is small enough to go in as is. There are other places where some assumption about windows == x86 I'll probably go hunt for them. If this is working for you I should add windows arm github runners |

Yeah, happily that was the only changed needed to build on ARM64 with MSVC |

This makes possible to build on ARM64 with vcpkg: microsoft/vcpkg#51490
