This makes them either fit the UI elements better or sound better. Also, verbs are lowercase in German, so I fixed some of the capitalizations.
Some keys were missing from the array, after running `array_diff_key` on both the English and German array, I found the missing keys and added them and their translations.

I have updated the German translation by including some missing items, updating previously translated items and translating the newest items since v4.12.0.
