14.0.0 is the latest stable release, supporting Java and Scala applications through the single play-pac4j_3 artifact. It targets Play 3.0, Scala 3.9.0 LTS, pac4j 6.5.9 and JDK 17 or later. Configure Scala 3.9.0 in Java application builds too.
