  • authority: repin the repository after the transfer to the oyatie org (#801) (8f8e0cb)
  • ci: align the shards on the profile vars, not the ones that already matched (03e7292)
  • deps: bump h2 0.4.14 -> 0.4.16 for RUSTSEC-2026-0258 (60a9099)
  • deps: regenerate third-party/rust/BUCK for the h2 bump (a8ff2cf)
  • lens: add the missing regression suite; reject duplicate blocks and unparseable entries (13d6207)
  • lens: derive the manifest from AGENTS.md, compare whole blocks, keep README (5bacf8e)
  • lens: reject any numbered-list delimiter, not just the dot (7705578)
  • lens: reject blank/duplicate identifiers, catalogue the class, schedule the checker (7511a91)
  • payroll: make payable fail closed in the database, not in review (#793) (1532322)

Performance Improvements

  • ci: let the postgres shards reach the Rust cache they never could (bdc6c81)
