Publishes 11 local autonomy commits from LachlanScicluna fork without including current dirty/untracked work. Local main was ahead 11 and behind origin/main 18 at TG-31 audit time. Tests passed in TG-30: 12 files, 101 tests. This PR should be reviewed before merge.
