Refactor: Consolidate inventory utility files#375

Combined the fragmented `internal/utils/inventory_add.go`, `inventory_consume.go`, and `inventory_find.go` files into a single `inventory.go` file to improve cohesion. Did the same for their respective test files into `inventory_test.go`. There are no functional changes to the codebase. Co-authored-by: osse101 <[email protected]>
