Added Dependabot and badges for README.md

This PR includes the following changes implemented:

1. Dependabot - Created a dependabot.yml file in .github folder which enables weekly checks for outdated npm dependencies and GitHub Actions. This reduces long term maintenance effort by creating automated update PRs and preventing dependency-related vulnerabilities.
2. README status badges - Added badges to display lint workflow status, Dependabot activity, code style and license. This ultimately improves project visibility and clarity for contributors.
