Extended web/js/toolsCatalog.js to register a new tool entry in the ToolsCatalog array, alongside the existing Universal Viewer entry. The new tool is labeled "TPEN3", uses the new ./images/TPEN3_logo.png icon, and links to the TPEN3 annotation platform at https://three.t-pen.org/. Added a description: "A tool that offers line-by-line annotation of IIIF data to produce transcriptions", reflecting TPEN3's role in enabling detailed scholarly annotation of IIIF resources.
