What was fixed:
The Action Notification was changed to be action specific so it specifies threshold or moving factor
Why was it fixed:
originally it just said threshold regardless of action so it was changed to reflect proper functionality
How it was fixed:
The notification activate toast file was changes to use bools to change which of the actions where changed
