Increase memory for MicroOS

Increase the runtime memory for the YaST-based installer test runs to 2G. This is needed because of memory issues with less memory, see bsc#1234775.

aarch64 is not affected, because it uses already a machine with 4GiB of system memory.

Yes I see, in vars.json it's also listed with QEMURAM=1024. Looks like cloning a job and only setting MACHINE= doesn't update the associated settings with that machine.
