HyperFleet Sentinel Service - Kubernetes service that polls HyperFleet API, makes orchestration decisions, and publishes events. Features configurable backoff strategies, horizontal sharding via SentinelConfig CRD, and broker abstraction (GCP Pub/Sub, RabbitMQ, Stub). Centralized reconciliation logic.
