What's Changed
- Fixed a but where DOIs wouldn't auto-mint with Datacite when the article is not yet part of an issue
- Fixed a bug where DOIs wouldn't be updated at publication if they failed to mint at review. Janeway will now attempt to re-mint the DOI rather than update the metadata. by @ajrbyers in #21
