Update classification docs to current SEPAL UI#595

Refresh the Classification cookbook to match the current interface and
verify every step against the SEPAL source:
- Fix the classifier list, image-source labels ("Saved SEPAL recipe" /
"Earth Engine asset"), native band names (swir1), and the
sample-classification parameters and defaults
- Restructure the Export section into Bands / Scale / Destination,
adding Google Drive and the "Retrieve" button
- Document the Collect Earth Online training-data source (connection,
institution/project, data type, location and class format)
- Document the Class format selector and the Row filter expression
- Add the Layers panel setup and reorganise "Refine the classification"
(grouping the on-the-fly point tools)
- Reorder the training-data section (import first, manage collected
data last) and rename it "Training data setup"
- Refresh nine screenshots and add the CEO and Layers panel captures
- Add coloured CEO connection-status roles (custom.css)

Fact-checked all UI labels, band names, the workflow, and the new Collect Earth Online section against the SEPAL source — all correct. Screenshots and the custom.css addition check out. CI green.
