Make validation error messages user friendly

As is:
Currently, when an EPCIS document fails validation (XML/JSON) produce the validation error messages that are not really user-friendly. It looks quite complex and is meant for machines rather than humans.

Should be:
Make all the validation messages user-friendly so looks cleaner and any user reading the message can understand the issue. But ensure also works with highlighting in the UI, etc.
