Even though devstack is using 1.5.10-alpine (https://github.com/edx/devstack/blob/4d48a8a4a157e442bd034c233165adfed180be39/docker-compose.yml#L163), since the CI is already beyond that number and is not impacting CI much, it is ok to merge this patch.
