📌 Description

Briefly explain what you implemented in this PR.

• developed form to create subscription
• form has fields : name , renewal date, billing cycle, amount, toggler for trial subscription , source , category(optional) , notes(optional)
• For every input fields validator is present
• On wrong input submission proper meaningful error message appears
• On successful form submission confirmation message appears
