hercycle — Women's Cycle Intelligence for Whoop
A biometric-aware cycle intelligence companion for women. Reads Whoop HRV, recovery, and skin temperature to identify hormonal phase (menstrual/follicular/ovulation/luteal) and triggers phase-smart actions across training, nutrition, scheduling, and music.
Inspired by the insight that most productivity systems are built around linear male biology — this treats the female infradian rhythm as a source of power, not a problem.
