Summary

  • Update rustup to 1.29.2 and refresh its Cargo metadata and RPM build dependencies: fix(deps): update rustls-webpki and webpki-root-certs rust-lang/rustup#5154
  • Add the missing Rust crate packages for enum-map, enum-map-derive, rustls-platform-verifier, and rustls-platform-verifier-android.
  • Update the proc-macro2 and quote package metadata to satisfy the updated dependency requirements.
  • Relax the exact libz-sys version constraint to allow compatible versions.
  • Fix RVA23 host-triple detection in the test suite by using Cargo's actual target triple and align the self-update test with rustup's existing default_host_tuple() API.
