Hi @siddharth-krishna @lprieto1409 this PR adds the benchmarks provided by Evangelos Panos. I also asked him about licensing, waiting for an answer about that. Also adding here his feedback on solution time:
Please note that in CPLEX\Barrier, the larger instance (jrc)solves in 1.30 hours, while the smaller instance (stem) solves in 4 hours in the same hardware - AMD EPYC 7742 (64 Cores 2.25GHz, 512 GB RAM). The smaller instance is more difficult to be solved than the larger, which I hope is an interesting benchmark for the solver you develop.
