This patch adds keymap hook to mkinitcpio configuration, enabling proper keyboard layout support during LUKS unlock and live session. The keymap hook is positioned after keyboard hook following Arch Wiki guidelines, ensuring non-US keyboard layouts work correctly during boot-time operations. - Adds builder/patches/keymap-hook.patch - Patch automatically applies during ISO build process - No modifications to upstream archiso submodule - Fixes keyboard layout issues reported in basecamp/omarchy#1281
