Made some minor spelling changes in .md files and cleaned up download_vott_json a little. In download_vott_json, there's still two lines that I don't really like: 156 and 165. I feel like the repeated reassignment might confuse someone. I remember someone else (maybe Olga?) wrote these lines so I didn't want to change them but I was wondering if anyone had any ideas. Also, as always, I have no way of testing this code so it might have bugs - please run some tests!
