Just remembered we already cover shadow ioeventfd in docs/ioregionfd.md, need to squash it there. Don't review yet. |

Had a look at https://github.com/nutanix/libvfio-user/blob/master/docs/ioregionfd.md#shadow-ioeventfd-sample, there's nothing reallty in this commit that needs squashing, the original doc needs a bit of sprucing up, will fix tomorrow. |
