0.19.4 makes the CLI bundle import @qwen-code/acp-bridge and sdk-typescript subpaths, which our hand-maintained workspace build list did not build. Delegate to scripts/build.js --cli-only so the full set of workspaces the bundle needs is built and stays correct across releases.
