Create a folder to seperate builder logic from rest of code
Move logic for progressive queries into seperate files (harbor, dock, table etc.) instead of just one
NB: progressive query is not currently working but fluent query is. Because of deadline use fluent query and come back to fix progressive query later (issue created #7)
