…ated token Replace direct actions/create-github-app-token usage with the shared github-app-auth action (pinned SHA). This sets git user.name/email consistently with other nsheaps workflows (check.yaml, sync-files.yaml). Add optional `token` input so callers that already authenticated via checkout-as-app can pass the pre-generated token instead of triggering a second auth round-trip. Checkov CKV2_GHA_1 flags reusable workflows (workflow_call) that have no
top-level permissions block, because without it the workflow inherits the
caller's full token permissions. Add permissions: {} at the workflow level
to restrict defaults; the sync-specs job already has permissions: contents:
write to grant only what it needs.
