This release is compatible with ss3 version 3.30.22
Along with some fixes, it includes the capability to input a parameter for Platoon distribution std dev,
and allows for Maturity/Growth parameter averaging.

Updated to correspond with SS3 ver 3.30.20 release.
This release includes adding comp error to size frequency compositions and changes do_tags from a 0,1 to a 0,1,2 selection.
Changes to the data widget were made to accomodate.
A warning was added for a size frequency composition scale/units mismatch.
