This will be sent to users in email communications allowing them to see the privacy notice for an organisation.
This allows the URL to be specified as part of the onboarding process, setting the value on the organisations.
This ensures that the variable is provided to any templates used in GOV.UK Notify to allow it to be shown to users.

This adds the ability to add a "privacy notice URL" to organisations that is shown to users in emails separate to the existing "privacy policy URL" which is linked to in the footer as part of the parental consent journey.
