The abacas module now uses Seqera Containers (amd64 and arm64, Docker and Singularity) generated with nf-core modules container create, replacing the Biocontainers images. Conda lock files and the containers: section in meta.yml were added by the same command.

PR checklist

  • This comment contains a description of changes (with reason).
  • Follow the naming conventions.
  • Ensure that the test works with either Docker / Singularity. Conda CI tests can be quite flaky:
    • For modules:
      • nf-core modules test <MODULE> --profile docker
      • nf-core modules test <MODULE> --profile singularity
      • nf-core modules test <MODULE> --profile conda
