File cannot be opened directly after sharing

Steps to reproduce

1. Share a screenshot (via CMD+V in case that matters) in Talk
2. Try to open the image, after uploading was successful

Expected behaviour

Image should open

Actual behaviour

URL is
remote.php/dav/files/uid/Filename.png

instead of

remote.php/dav/files/uid/Talk/Filename.png

Which sounds like we are using the path from the last message, which is allowed to not have the full path? Or maybe a downside of HPB Relay?

Full reload and retrieving messages via context endpoint makes the file accessible again (sometimes? Not fully sure).
Could also be a files bug of course.

Missed that one.
Issues was patched with #16911, is there something else we could do with the issue? Or it's unavoidable with chat-relay atm?

Since the file path is different per user, the only thing I could see would be:
keep the placeholder and then put the placeholder from user attachment.
But if there is a (2) for someone it would show a wrong file.

The only real fix would be that the viewer/previews don't need the path at all anymore and only operate on file id
