[Bug]: Embedded MD editor in Files ignores lock

Bug description

The embedded text editor in the folder view for "Readme.md" does not honour lock status. Opening the file directly has lock active as per expected behaviour.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open directory with a Readme.md
2. Lock Readme.md
3. Click file entry Readme.md
4. File cannot be edited as expected
5. Close file, click in text of Readme.md showing at top of folder view
6. File can be edited, changes are saved

Expected behavior

Locked should mean locked. In an organisational environment the Readme.md may include important information and potentially form part of regulatory compliance and security process; locking the file is there to prevent changes to the Readme.md (just as it is for any other file). Being able to override without intent is a significant bug and potentially weakens security practices in the organisation.

Noted minor update available (34.0 -> 34.0.1). Applied update, issue appears to be gone; applied lock results in message about updated permissions.
