Remove custom animation

• The custom animation introduced in feat(ui): general notification panel UX polish #2959 should be removed, now that it is handled upstream by feat(NcHeaderMenu): animate open/close and remove caret nextcloud-libraries/nextcloud-vue#8770

@kra-mo while I'm on it - we have this radius misalign (transparent popover on top of body container), any thoughts on what can we do there?

@Antreesy For one, the border radius could be the same. But I think this should be changed upstream? The app menu already does it downstream.

But also, I would personally not make it transparent. At the very least, if blur is not supported, fall back to opaque instead of transparent and no blur.

Same, it was a vibecoded solution tested without blur disabled I guess, so we can change it
