Allow updating IMAP and SMTP setting through settings UI without entering password again

Steps to reproduce

1. Add a mail account
2. Go to the settings of the mail account
3. Change a field

Expected behavior

Save button is not disabled and clicking it has an effect.

Actual behavior

Save button is disabled and clicking it has not effect.

This matches the behavior I'm seeing on 5.11.x. If you want to change the connection settings, you need to enter the password again.

On submit we do validate, without having an account object, if the given credentials are valid. Without password we cannot do it.

Now that you say it, its obvious.
Guess this would be an enhancement then, with either:

• adding info to the from that save is not possible because password has to be entered again
• or allowing to update with "unchanged" password

Validation should be done on the server side. So when updating, the server could load the existing password.
