While ThreadPipes are being worked on, this patch puts a hello world example using QueuePipe that runs. There were some issues with the Box'ing of the logging flag that are included to make it run.

Hi Pedro! I'm not super quick, but thanks for this, I'll take a look soon. You're absolutely right, examples are sorely missing and whatever little is there is outdated. I'll cook up some better ones to illustrate how this all works. |

This a very small patch:
I'm curious about your project because flow-programming is related to dataflow languages like PD (PureData). I might tie your project with a very old project of mine (PdFile) to make a PureData execution environment outside of PD.
