This replaces SpotifyWebHelper namings with Spotify and fixes the path. Please review this properly before pulling to nations/spoticord main branch

Replaces SpotifyWebHelper with Spotify due to new path naming in app.js

Looks for Spotify.exe path instead of deleted SpotifyWebHelper.exe in spotify.js
