zen_dojotools_mail: add mark_read action

Summary

The mail tool currently supports list, read, create, delete, restore, empty but has no way to mark messages as read.

Proposed Solution

Wire ms365_mail.mark_mail_read into zen_dojotools_mail as a new mark_read action:

• Single UID: action_type: mark_read, uid: <uid>
• Bulk/all: loop over list results and mark all read

Notes

The MS365 integration supports ms365_mail.mark_mail_read — just needs to be wired into the dojotools script.
