ScoringEngine_v0.1.1-alpha

There is now also a 64 bit static windows build since boost and qt are cross platform.

• ScriptScoreChecker should work better now in Windows and Linux
• About dialog added with version number inside
• Did some initial work on the Template editor - needs more work - checker nesting is possible (kindof)

ScoringEngine_Linux64_v0.1.0-alpha

This is a first static binary release of my ScoringEngine. It still needs work but I would like people to be able to try it.
