What changed

  • Table of Contents — navigation for all 14 sections
  • Prerequisites section — explicit macOS + Python 3.10+ + terminal-notifier requirement upfront
  • Comparison table — JigAi vs ntfy/Pushover, Claude Code Notifier, cmux across 8 dimensions
  • Badge fix — replaced broken dynamic PyPI version badge with static Python version badge (avoids error badge before first publish)
  • Contributing section — branch strategy (feat/, fix/ → develop → main), commit conventions, full workflow
  • PyPI first-publish fix — documents Pending Publisher option so Trusted Publishing works without a manual first upload

- Add Table of Contents
- Add Prerequisites section (macOS, Python 3.10+, terminal-notifier)
- Add comparison table showing JigAi vs ntfy, Claude Code Notifier, cmux
- Replace dynamic PyPI version badge with static Python version badge
(avoids broken badge before first PyPI publish)
- Expand Contributing section with branch strategy and commit convention

Trusted Publishing works without a manual first upload
- Minor copy improvements throughout
