The Tx test signal is never configured when the Rx test signal is enabled #393

LMS7002M_SDRDevice::LMS7002TestSignalConfigure writes INSEL_RXTSP and then, if the Rx test signal is enabled, returns from the Rx branch:

chip.Modify_SPI_Reg_bits(INSEL_TXTSP, ch.tx.testSignal.enabled ? 1 : 0);

so the whole Tx half - including the INSEL_TXTSP write that would clear a previously enabled Tx test signal - is only reached when the Rx test signal is off. It runs for both channels on every board Configure.
