Changes

• Update Josh’s title using the existing program title-case convention, preserving Backline and all acronyms.
• Add the supplied abstract and biography to the existing expandable speaker-card format.
• Keep the biography in one block.
• Preserve his 15 October, 09:50–10:25 slot, duration, affiliation and portrait.
• Resolve the conflict with the merged formatting PR by retaining current main and reapplying only Josh’s card update.

Validation

• npm run format:check passes.
• npm test passes, including calendar, isolated Cloudflare D1 and site packaging checks.
• uv run --no-project python backend/check.py passes.
• Verified every Josh paragraph matches the original PR content after normalizing formatting whitespace, with a unique detail ID and unchanged time and duration.
• Diff whitespace checks pass.

Only Josh’s card in 2026/program/index.html changes relative to main. PR remains open and unmerged.
