This version includes the latest update of protein distance prediction tested in the 14 Critical Assessment of Techniques for Protein Structure Prediction (CASP14).

DeepDist Version 1.0

DeepDist is a deep learning method to predict residue-residue distance in a protein from its sequence. It predict distances in two ways: (1) classifying distances into multiple distance intervals and (2) predict real-value of the distances using deep learning regression.
