[nunoleitao-ops]

Add -fobjc-dispatch-method to the clang ARGS table so that compilation units passing -Xclang -fobjc-dispatch-method=<value> (used by ObjC/GNUstep builds) are cached rather than falling back to direct compiler invocation.
